Once the proper consultants are chosen for your project, our local consultant will work side-by-side with your business group or IT team, usually on site, to collect data on your development requirements, review your business processes, and identify the standards required to make the project work successfully.

Our offshore development team will then set up a development environment that will match exactly with that of your company, and then build the offshore team to your company's specific requirements and needs.

Our team will then review and confirm the Service Level Agreements with both your technical and business groups and your company's management to ensure the project is completed within a proper time frame and in accordance with your needs. To accomplish this task, our EDI team will work with your company to identify reporting tools to satisfy your company.

As the custom-constructed software is being developed, our technical team will conduct regular meetings with your company's business and technical teams to ensure that your expectations are being met on a continual basis. This will also guarantee that communication on all sides is open to meet all potential problems and issues that might arise.

Once the software development process is complete, the onsite local consultants will assist your technical department with the implementation of your custom built solutions and provide the necessary technical support. Our offshore development team will also assist your company's technical group with any issues or problems that might be encountered.

Once your completed product is in place, Techdinamics will initiate a review of your post-implementation support, to ensure that all of your support needs are met.
